At Bunce Buildings, our primary goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their custom storage building purchase. While we do not offer traditional returns, we have created a favorable exchange and buyback policy to provide flexibility and peace of mind to our valued clients.

No Returns:
Please note that due to the custom nature of our storage buildings, we do not accept returns once a building has been delivered to the customer.

Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the building you have received, or if you want to change, we are happy to discuss an exchange. The feasibility of an exchange will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the condition of the building, the cost difference, and other logistics.

Buyback Policy:
Understanding that circumstances can change, Bunce Buildings offers a unique buyback program. If you wish to sell back your old building, please contact our customer service team to discuss its condition, age, and other relevant details. After evaluation, we will provide a proposed buyback price.

Conditions for Exchange or Buyback:
The building must be in a condition that aligns with normal wear and tear. Any significant damages or modifications can affect eligibility or the proposed price. Customers are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with returning a building for buyback or exchange unless otherwise specified by Bunce Buildings.
