We offer both double and triple-wide units with gable-end entry, designed to be free from obstructing posts. Should you require additional bays, simply opt for side entry. Posts can be removed and replaced with a header for a small additional fee. Units can be customized to any length, whether it’s 4, 5, or even 6 bays, with the only real limitations being your specific needs and the available land area.
Permit requirements depend on local and state regulations. You are responsible for understanding and obtaining any necessary permits for your structure. We provide generic engineered drawings at no extra cost. However, there are additional fees for site-specific or sealed drawings. To ensure your garage, carport, or other structure meets local codes, it’s important to check with your local inspection department.
It’s important to have a flat, level area for installation to preserve your warranty and achieve the best appearance for your structure. If the area is uneven:
- If the ground is uneven side-to-side, our crew may be able to adjust the leg length on-site, though a small fee will be applied to cover the cost.
- If the crew cannot install the structure due to unevenness, an additional charge will apply for any return trips.
Get all underground utilities marked.
This service is typically free, but it is your responsibility to notify the installation team about any underground electric, gas, or cable lines. This step is necessary for the safety of the installation crew and to protect your property.

Anchoring for units placed on dirt or gravel uses 30-inch rebar, and for units installed on concrete pads, concrete anchors are provided at no additional cost. Certified buildings are secured with helical mobile home anchors, which are sometimes included. If not, these anchors are available for a small fee. Mobile home anchors are generally required for permits.
