Most customers qualify for up to 50% of their original pre-tax purchase price, depending on the shed’s condition. We’ll confirm everything once we see photos and inspect the building.
2. What kind of photos do you need?
A few clear shots of all sides, the inside, and any wear or damage. The better the photos, the faster we can give you an accurate estimate.
3. Does my shed need to be a Bunce building?
Yes. The Trade-In and Buy-Back Programs are only available for sheds originally purchased from Bunce.
4. Do you pick up the shed?
Yes. Once you accept the offer, we’ll schedule pickup and confirm the final condition on-site.
5. How does the trade-in work?
Your trade-in value is used as a down payment toward your new Bunce building. It’s the easiest way to upgrade to a bigger or better shed without a large upfront cost.
6. How does the buy-back program work?
If you’re not upgrading, we’ll still purchase your Bunce shed for up to 50% of the original pre tax price. After pickup and final inspection, we mail your check within 7–10 business days.
7. Do I get paid before you pick up the shed?
No. For buy-backs, payment is issued after the shed arrives on our lot and the condition is verified.
8. What if I’m unsure whether to trade in or sell back?
No problem. We can walk you through both options and show you which one saves—or earns—you the most money.
