3. Payments and Financing
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards, though a 3% processing fee applies to all transactions paid via credit card. If you utilize third-party financing or Rent-to-Own (RTO) programs, those transactions are governed by the specific contracts provided by the finance company, which remain separate from these Terms.
4. Delivery and Site Readiness
The customer is responsible for providing a clear, navigable path for delivery equipment (including clearing limbs and fences) and ensuring the site is level. Bunce Buildings is not liable for structural issues caused by an unstable foundation or for damage to yards, driveways, sidewalks, or underground utilities resulting from the weight of delivery equipment.
5. Permits and Compliance
The customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and ensuring the structure complies with local municipal zoning laws and Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and building designs, is the property of Bunce Buildings and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNCE BUILDINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCTS. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product, and we are not liable for the loss or damage of any items stored inside our buildings.
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action related to these Terms, purchases, or services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, North Carolina, or the applicable jurisdiction in Virginia where the specific transaction occurred or where the product was delivered.
