We can remove the posts and install a header for a small additional fee. Whether you need a 4-bay, 5-bay, or even a 6-bay setup, the size can be customized to meet your specific requirements and available space.

It’s important to make sure the surface is even before installation. A level surface is crucial for maintaining your warranty and ensuring the unit fits properly and looks aesthetically pleasing. When the ground is uneven:

1. The crew may need to use blocks, bricks, or other leveling materials, which may not be visually appealing.
2. If the ground is uneven from side to side but level front to back, the crew may adjust the legs, but there will be an additional charge to cover the extra time and effort.
3. In cases of significant unevenness, installation may not be possible, and you could incur additional fees for a return visit.

Make sure to mark any underground lines.
It’s key to have all underground utilities, such as electrical, gas, and cable lines, clearly marked. This service is typically free, but it is your responsibility to inform the installation crew of any underground installations. This step is critical to ensuring the safety of both the crew and your property.

For units placed on dirt or gravel, we use 30-inch rebar anchors, which are provided at no extra charge. If the unit is installed on a concrete pad, we utilize concrete anchors, also at no additional cost. Certified buildings are secured with helical anchors, typically included in the price, but if not, they can be added for a nominal fee of $25 per anchor. Please note that mobile home anchors are often required when securing a building with a permit.
