For additional space, you can choose a side entry, and the posts can be removed with a small additional cost, replaced by a header for support. Before we begin installation, it’s crucial to guarantee your site is properly prepared. An even surface is necessary to maintain your warranty and make sure the structure fits properly. If the site isn’t level:

• The crew may use leveling methods like bricks or blocks, though these may not be visually appealing.
• If there’s side-to-side unevenness (but not front-to-back), the crew might adjust the legs. Please note there may be a small additional fee for this.
• If the site is too uneven for installation, a return trip may be required, incurring extra costs.
  Also, please assure any underground utilities (such as electricity, gas, and cables) are marked. Most utility companies offer this service at no charge. It’s essential to inform the installation crew about any underground lines to protect both the crew and your property.

For units installed on dirt or gravel, we provide 30-inch rebar anchoring at no additional cost. For units placed on concrete pads, concrete anchors are included. Certified buildings are often secured with helical mobile home anchors, which may be included in the price. If not, these anchors are available for a nominal fee of $25 each. Depending on local permit requirements, mobile home anchors may be needed.
